Throw Away Your Deodorant And Get This Instead

At this point, we all know that deodorant is toxic.

I get it, you’re smelly and you need a little something to help you live your life normally.

Picture this- aluminum going directly into your bloodstream, clogging your follicles, preventing your body from properly detoxifying. I’m not going to lecture you on why it’s bad, you know it is.

“But I use natural deodorant”. Amazing. It doesn’t work for me. And the texture is gross.

During season 2 of quarantine, I decided to try detoxing from my deodorant. Keep in mind that I had been using the Old Spice men’s deodorant since I was in high school. It was deep in my system and at that point, and I’m sure my armpits forgot what it was like to breathe. I had become dependent on something artificial to mask my body odor.

Sweating is normal ladies. That’s how you release toxins from your body. Using products that “prevent” you from sweating keeps those toxins circulating in your body and wreaking havoc on your system.

You want to sweat. You just don’t want to smell.

Body odor can be fixed through your diet.

Now I’m not going to lie and say that the process of detoxing your artificial deodorant is going to be easy. You will be stinky for a little bit. You will have to shower multiple times a day. But once it is out of your system, you can start using the best and cheapest natural deodorant on the market- lime.

Yes, the little green citrus fruit.

Lime is a detoxifier that cleanses your blood, liver, and kidneys. It kills fungus and bacteria. It also smells delicious.

It is NOT an antiperspirant, so you will continue to sweat (as you should), but it will kill your body odor. At first it may sting a little as it kills the bacteria, but your body will get used to it over time.

Save money. Treat your body kindly. Replace your deodorant with lime. If you can't locate one, your next best option is a lemon.

Try it and let me know what you think.

xx Nat
